i do love your beautiful collection of pots. is it hard to chose which one to use, say on a tuesday? i own only 3, of mixed heritage, these are all used for pu-erh only. i have bought a cake of tea from yunnan sourcing and look forward to the first brew. as i have four pu-erh teas it will be fun to compare. i find the amount of leaf to the amount of water a little daunting, but am gradually tasting my way to what i like.
i sent a little note to scott wilson, he is apparently right here in portland.
